Data Quality Assessor x2

We're looking for two enthusiastic people to join our service team here in Cirencester, for a minimum of 25 hours per week with a view to extending to full time hours upon successful completion of training.

We provide an innovative service to local authorities throughout the UK by:

  • Ensuring the accurate correction and completion of Housing Benefit and Council Tax claim forms, ready for further assessment by the specialist assessors at the Local Authority office, before loading into the benefits system
  • Providing accurate assessment of information provided on all types of online Revenues transactions forms (e.g. Change of Address, Direct Debit mandates, Single Occupier Discounts,)

What the role requires:

This is an information verification role which requires good observation and a keen eye for detail combined with an ability to understand and apply a range of task specific business rules. You will need a good level of common sense in order to interpret what you see and understand how it works in conjunction with the various rules stipulated by each local authority.

You will require all the attributes which make for a good team member including reliability, responsibility, and good communication skills.

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
